Most Valuable Dungeons and Dragons Board Games for 2025
While the original Dungeons and Dragons system is not technically a board game, it's easy to see why there is crossover.
There are many official Dungeons and Dragons board games.
But interestingly, collectors can hunt down board games not officially licensed by TSR.
They were created by fans, or spin-off games (especially early in the history of Dungeons and Dragons) and long-running loosely related games such as RuneQuest and HeroQuest.
Depending on who was in charge, these were sanctioned, ignored, or sometimes the subject of lawsuits over copyright infringement.
Some of the official D&D board games are valuable. Others are extremely rare and hard to even put a price on them.
If you have a collection of Dungeons and Dragons board games, toys and books, then we will help you value them with free appraisals and cash offers.

TSR Dungeon board game (1975)
Average price $200
Sealed price $1,475
This is the earliest TSR fantasy-themed board game, with really cool cover art. The price quoted was for a sale of the designer's copy in original shrink wrap.
We believe $200 to be about average for a near mint complete game, but they aren't often offered so nice.

The word "basic" on the box says it all. Explore the dungeon, grab the treasure and smash all the monsters. Vague connection to D&D, but fun for newbies.
