The four original Turtles were released in 1988, with and without a Fan Club card sealed into the blister pack. Here are images explaining the difference:
There is a significant price difference. With the Fan Club leaflets, the figures are worth two to three times as much Mint on Card.

Released in soft and hard head versions, as well as with a ten-figure checklist. The version with the Fan Club flier, soft head and ten-figure checklist is the more sought-after.
